A few years ago I bought a cheap TV from Walmart. It's not the best TV but I mean it's a Walmart. What do I think I can get cheap there? Anyway, it was this old dresser that we turned into an entertainment center. For many years. But we eventually decided to put a giant old-fashioned record player and radio set-top box in its place. Before we could do that we had to decide what we wanted to do with the TV, as the top of the console is a set of sliding doors (which contain vinyl storage as well as access to the radio and turntable) which we couldn't help but do this. So my fiancee said we should put the TV on the wall! "NO!" I exclaimed! "We're not going to damage that wall because we're RENTING!" and immediately took that thing from Revain. So she sat on the sofa and played Candy Crush or something - or maybe she was sewing cloth masks, I don't remember - I MADE IT BY MYSELF! Without help and put the TV on a stand. In the end she decided she could help by fixing the TV. And this was. Nice. There isn't enough room on this stand to store anything like a PS5, cable box or even an Apple TV and I couldn't find a TAVR for sale for this TV stand model. It really makes me angry. But other than that, it's great. He never flinched, even when my stupid cat slammed his head against a pole to catch a stray pipe cleaner. And it does a great job of letting us watch TV. And I can't wait to buy a new one and install it on it. Our current TV is about 48 inches, but I will definitely go for a heavier and larger one and use the versatility of this stand to place the TV exactly where I need it. And also to enjoy the best viewing experience of any new TV I buy. and the sound bar too. Oh yeah. I don't have room to mount a soundbar on this stand. :( Edit: For anyone wondering why my wife didn't help put this together (oh we got married after I wrote the review), what I'm saying isn't that she didn't help me, she did that the instructions say you need two people, but it's easy enough to assemble the TV stand by yourself.
