I bought a pair (one black, one red) in mid-December 2017. The reason I got them is because I tend to be rough on things. Today is the day, August 26th, 2019. I'm sure in one form or another it saved my remote from something. Pros: Acts like a shock absorbing jacket. Looks good. Grippier than a smooth, slippery plastic surface. Cons: Deep in the pocket, it's difficult to feel which button is which. Once in your pocket, the silicone also makes it harder to pull out of your pocket (which also serves as a "pro"). Summary: If you're being rude with crafted items, stop whining and get them. I have provided the ones I've been using since I received them. The white button IDs are not discolored or missing. 5 Stars.
