No, seriously. The non-slip, grippy material leaves dents on the skin. If you wear this for a long time, you will have to take it off when you take it off, and it is not a very convenient operation. It really WORKS, mind you, REALLY WELL, only hurts if you wear it too long. I think maybe because of the sock? I don't know if this will affect functionality, but I have to try. At the moment I'm using a softer brace that doesn't support as much, but doesn't hurt either.
