Review on Decorative Leaves Printed Galvanized Steel Watering Can - 40 Oz Capacity With Easy Pour Gooseneck Spout For Indoor Plant Watering (Floral Pattern) By Megawodar by Kathleen Roy

Why would you do this?

Not "easy to use." This watering can has a metal tube (connected to the spout) going through the water holding area about a 1/2in from the bottom. The tube has a slit on the underside the full length of the interior space to allow the release of water. (As shown in my review picture.)This presents 2 problems:1) You can never use all the water in the pot. There will always be about 50ml of water that doesn't reach the slit, which is especially annoying given the maximum holding capacity of the watering can.2) Since the slit runs the full length of the interior tube, once you use about a third of the water IT SUCKS AIR, disrupting the flow and breaking the gravitational siphoning action and gurgling. Your counters and tables will get wet.The weird thing is.Why would you choose to make it this way? It is easier (and fewer parts) to produce without the interior slitted rod. Just make the normal cute watering can everyone is expecting to buy when they see this product. We bought the same exact style of watering can in a different finish as a gift from another company, (before buying this one for ourselves) and it was completely normal!Just why?
