This shaver is excellent! I tried 3 other shavers (all returned) since they wouldn’t cut for nothing. I have a husky thick haired dog (see pics) and the shaver cut with ease. I didn’t use the plastic guards since I was shaving him down to the closest shave possible. We live in the desert so little hair is best in our extreme heat. The blade is sharp and the different settings are a plus. I shaved him for two hours (he moved a lot so it took longer) and still had 54% battery left when I decided to stop for the night. He sat thru it as best as a dog can, who wants to play all the time. The noise didn’t bother him, I think it might have tickled near his tummy and bum area. I highly recommend this shaver. Definitely clean after use to maintain the quality of the shaver. Also register item within 14 days.
