I love tilia because it looks so simple but does its job very well when communicating with my contacts. The customer care staffs are always there ready to help me solve issues whenever they arise. My clients have also enjoyed using this platform as their communication tool. There's nothing much i dislike about tilia other than maybe some minor glitches here or there which can be easily solved if communicated properly enough time before contacting them back again. Communication through emails helps keep track of our work relationships and even keeps personal connections alive at times we would normally forget.
