Runs small for t-shirts
I run a size large on everything - long sleeve/short sleeve etc. This shirt runs very small. When I stand, it goes a little below the waist of my gym shorts. When I work out this shirt is worn above my waist for everything involving my arms except the side. The same thing happens when you lie on a bench. Try one size up. In the future I will work in a different style.
