Used one day, zipper broken
I bought this bag for my daughter and she only used it once for school. The zipper is broken. Not very durable. I emailed the seller 3 times, the first time it took 3 weeks to reply and I was only offered 30%. The second and third time no reaction, the backpack is torn inside.
