Update 8/5 I've never seen my nails in such great condition. I've always had horrible, small, bitten off, bloody and painful nails. Here's a picture of what they look like today. Update 7/25 I haven't put my fingers in my mouth since I bought this. One thing I don't like, but not enough to stop using, is that it transfers to everything I touch. . I know this because my son kissed my head and tasted it in my hair. My wife tried it on my shirt etc. I wanted to get rid of the annoying nail biting at all costs and it worked. It tastes just like an orange peel. I got it today and just because it's my habit I went to chew my nail and the taste is bad but it won't make you vomit or pain. it only lasts a few moments in your mouth and disappears, but helps remind you to take your fingers off your mouth. 100% recommended
