I was so excited because it was my husband's valentine's day gift and it literally fell in front of the house on the 14th. He was also enthusiastic and as soon as the product was at room temperature he set it up and charged the controllers. Unfortunately they never charged and we tried every day whether it was a sensible touch or something but they just didn't charge.
