I saw a sale and I liked the idea of having USB charging ports and I really like the angled AC plug. I have another outlet with a very flat rectangular plug that I like better (only one plug!), but it fits the bill perfectly. The right-angle plug allows you to position it behind some pieces of furniture that would otherwise fight for space. I have one on my computer desk that partially covers an outlet and it works great for that. It arrived quickly and was packaged very well. I suspect the only thing that could improve this would be if the sockets were rotated in some way to accommodate "wall warts" (those little transformers with an AC plug mounted right on top of them).
