The package was not sealed, some items were missing.
The order was for 72 trees and there were only 67 and the base without a tree. The shipping box was NOT taped and arrived at my doorstep with the trees in an unsealed plastic bag open, so I can't tell if the carrier shorted the order or if the trees were removed en route. In any case, more secure packaging would help. The trees themselves are well done and adorable, just wish I had a full order.
