This is the second aerator I use. It's time for a replacement due to wear and tear and also because I'm looking to take the old one on a trip this summer. Pros: The included screen is useful. Getting pieces of cork in the wine is unpleasant and the strainer filters out these pieces. It is durable and easy to use. Cons: The included strainer doesn't fit snugly, so I have to be careful when pouring. The base is made of cheap plastic and will fill with water if left in the sink while washing. The basis of the first aerator is solid rubber without seams. This one is lighter and has seams surrounding the bottom of the base. DO NOT WET! It fills with water.
