My father was looking for an extension cord without a mains filter. These can be surprisingly hard to find since most branded power strips have some form of surge protection or fuse. Luckily I was able to find this article. This is a very thin and very light extension cord, just what he was looking for. A major issue is that it doesn't have a mounting hole on the back, making it difficult to mount on a wall unless you're willing to drill your own holes. It also works great, does what it's supposed to and is cheap.
