This is a better sports bra than others that I've tried but still not the greatest. I'm 38DD and ordered an XL. I like the ease of putting it on and taking it off. It is supportive, has nice material and looks attractive. I'm very active so I was hoping for something that would hold me down without choking me.while it's been good for most of my activities, I still bounce too much when running (did a light test) and doing cardio movements e.g. fire & rebound and mountain climbers. There is a ittle discomfort from the zipper in the front when doing activities on my stomach so adjust accordingly.
