This review could not be written, so I apologize for the duplicate reviews. At first I was very excited about the appearance of this scale. The description was in English and when the package arrived the boxes and instructions were also in English. Note: The included instructions were in English only. I followed the instructions and downloaded the app. My experience with the app went as far as opening the app, I couldn't (and didn't want to) continue any part of the "agree" because it was in Chinese. I wouldn't agree with what I couldn't understand. The scale itself is sleek and light. The included 2AAA batteries were very easy to put in. Scales are displayed in kg by default. I couldn't figure out how to switch to LB. There is no switch on the scale and neither are the instructions in the instruction pack that came with it. So if you're working with KG, that's fine. Another oddity was that the QC sticker was placed inside the glass display just above the digital display. There was no way to pull or remove the tab. I'm not sure if this was an oversight during production or not. It was in the top corner so I could still read the display. If you work for KG and can read Chinese, I think this would be the ideal scale for you. However, this is not the case. Amazon's instructions and description are in English, so I was disappointed to find that I couldn't use it. For this reason I give the scale 3 stars.
