I got this lantern because I needed something to have in case of a power outage. I live in the south and we often have storms and power outages. I also live in the forest and when the lights are off it's very dark and you can't see anything inside or outside. I love that this flashlight is waterproof and also comes with a tripod and carrying strap. Another item that also comes with a car charger port. The lamp is well made, easy to use and light. Light as a great feature when driving on dark roads, to be able to use this function when changing tires or in the event of a breakdown. I love this light and am glad I have it.
