Review on AVerMedia Gamer 1080P Capture GC570D by Jay Mitchell

How I set mine up to stream from my PC to PS4 to capture in-game audio and party chat on PC (obviously) - HDMI is farthest from 3.5 Audio connected to monitor (built-in speakers) - HDMI closest to 3.5, connected to PS4 - 1st 3.5, closest to HDMI connected to monitor - 2nd 3.5 - this is the El Gato Chat Link to PS4 Controller - female connector on El Gato Chat Link for Headset (with Kraken Headset). An additional microphone for speaking to the stream is connected to the PC (Streamlabs OBS is configured to receive). max if you can If it stays yellow while you speak, an echo will be heard. Hope this helps someone. I have not used the Avermedia streaming software they provide.
