I use it on an ongoing basis, because the hydration is good, the face does not require additional hydration, and I also read a long time ago that it is better to apply spf always, and not just in summer. I apply it in the morning, the texture is pleasant, it absorbs quickly, it does not roll, but if possible in the summer I try to renew it several times a day.
