Many knives claim to be super sharp, but this one really lives up to its name. I've used it to slice tomatoes into hamburgers (the best food for knife testing in my opinion, and people use tomatoes to test knife sharpeners, believe it or not), it's incredibly simple. The last 1/4 of the tomato is put to the test when slicing it even thinly is almost impossible due to the tomato being difficult to hold on to. Not in the case of this knife, it did the job just as well and fully retained its integrity. I highly recommend it.
