Review on Kontxt Website Plugin by Daniel Paige

I like how easy it is for our team to get started with this plugin because of all the tutorials provided by their support staff! They have helped me implement features that would be otherwise impossible without plugins such as adding custom fields (like address) in order to enhance customer experience. None really. This product has been great at improving my workflow time from start to finish. There isn't anything i dislike about this product but if you are looking for something similar, give kontxt website plug-in a try first before spending money on another one (you will most likely save yourself some headache). We're trying to provide more personalised service to customers by providing them with additional contact information when they request it via our help desk software.
