Review on SR SP12 Suntour Suspension Seat Post by Randy Brimmer

It works! good for cycling

I flexed my right quad for shock absorption on my bike during a tour because my bike is pretty unforgiving. At the age of 60 I drove about 6,000 miles before I finally realized I had to do something about it. Now I can sit up straight and ride even the toughest bumps without jumping out of my seat and it puts less strain on my arms and shoulders. I tried it on the worst street in my area (several times) where I always had to get up to get through or I would literally be thrown out of my seat and just drive through. It's subtle too, I can continue to act efficiently even with the seat doing its job. I am looking forward to my next trip to Europe this year. This seller sent me a seatpost with instructions and a neoprene sleeve. I weigh 150 pounds and have not had to adjust it at all.
