I've had shoulder injuries in the past (some from sports, some from overuse). I have constant pain in the deltoid region of my right shoulder from overusing something heavy. Stopping using this leverage is not an option. I tried this tape on my shoulder not knowing if it would work or not. Since I received this cartridge I have been using it every day. My shoulder pain has decreased significantly when I've exercised. Psychological help also helps a lot, knowing that this tape is working as long as I keep using that right shoulder. This is by no means the answer to repairing the damage to the right shoulder, which I will rehabilitate when I have time.
