I like that the roll is uncut and hard to find. The backing is easy to remove and adheres very well to the skin. I've found this especially helpful when I get cramps in my ankles or toes at night. When I get to the right spot, the cramps don't come back for the rest of the night.

It really works! Stays in place and adheres to skin until you remove it. By the way, I have no problem removing this tape without oils and it doesn't hurt, I remove it slowly. Be sure to clean the area well with a swab dipped in alcohol or the tape will not adhere properly. Also, make sure you put this tape EXACTLY where you want it and don't remove or reapply it more than twice or it won't last as long. Very flexible and comfortable at a great price. I will buy again!

Great product! I get a lot of support and relief when I use it. I do team sports, run, do Zumba, lift weights and work 12 hour days as a nurse.
