I bought several of these. Was good for randomly stringing my pots etc. Bright and easy 2 change modes. However, since the strand is detached, it is very difficult to wrap the topiary if you want to achieve a specific design. There is a fairly large gap, lead, between the solar panel and the cut off point. I highly recommend using tube lights for a project where you need to constantly rotate or need continuous light. They are great for occasional lighting needs. I spent a few minutes hanging them on the gazebo and loving them. The topiary wrap was a nightmare and lasted over 2 weeks, keep adapting. In the end I am very happy with both. Blue is also the same, but it's not a problem for everyone
