Be careful, some of the sponges will come off.
We've had a number of sponges fall off the stick, most of the time we just took them out of the plastic wrap. It's scary because my husband sometimes covers his mouth when brushing. One day the sponge in his mouth came loose. I was so scared he would swallow it before I could get him out of there! This has not happened with another brand that I will order today.
