I Bought This Food Topper because I usually buy Caesar straight made and figured I was getting more bang for my buck. No sir, not like that. So CORE advertises 2.8 ounce pouches and Cesar Food Toppers advertises 1.4 ounce pouches. Actually, Cesar is better to buy for several reasons.1. The core in the pack is mostly water (broth), so the 2.8 pack is mostly water, and you'll probably end up with the same amount of meat as a simply created Caesar2. The product can be easily removed from the simple Cesar pack, while the core pack has to be maneuvered from the foil-type pack3. Core is much more expensive and just not worth the high price. You can buy a chicken breast and get more meat than all 12 packages offer. In my honest opinion, if you're looking for toppings for a meal, you're better off with a Caesar or just cook the chicken and shred it. made this review because i want to help other buyers get better value for money and BASIC is not.
