The customer service is great, they have an in-house team who are always willing to help out with any queries you might be having (and I've had some!). They're very easy going too! You can tell that there's genuine passion for what they do from their website / blog - it really shows when reading through your account history or chatting live via the chat feature. Sometimes my emails don't get answered straight away but generally if someone does reply quickly then everything goes smoothly afterwards. It was difficult at first using them as we were new business customers trying to understand how our accounts would work so this could take time getting used to. But now after about 2 months of regular use, we haven't found anything which has been frustrating enough yet to say no more than 'it works ok'. We'd recommend giving them a try because even though it takes longer initially to set up billing etc., once things start working well.
