Only "unscrew the back / not the decorative side "
- most parts are not ideal for tragus piercing. the decorative side of the jewelry is torn off which means i have to wear it backwards because it is almost impossible to screw the earring to my ear from the inside. S-shaped hoop earrings and jewelry still work well for piercings. .At least I can use the spins as extra balls.
