What stinks is the 30-day right of return. It has been 40 days since purchase here and now it is unreliable and non-refundable. Made in China is written on the back. I have used it to bake bread and rolls. When you weigh something, it doesn't always go back to "zero" when you take the dough off the scale. What gives? Other times, add water to the mixing bowl and then weigh before adding the flour. Sometimes but not always; it will "reset" when flour is added. Finally, when the bulk density of the dough is 1200 grams; and you want to form 12 buns, you have to make all 100g buns. Recently the last roll is light, about 50 gr. And Revain doesn't endorse what they sell. BOOO!
