These are great for any food you buy in bulk (rice, sugar, flour, oatmeal etc.). I managed to get rid of part of my collection of totes and oddly shaped open totes that were cluttering my shelves. They are also very easy to fold. I created front labels so you can easily see what you have if you have multiple types of flour that look the same. Also, I'm happy to recommend a product that isn't made in China if that's a problem for someone. These are made in South Korea. This is a brand that I have used for many years and have no complaints. They will last forever!
