Stuffed sausages with a nozzle on a meat grinder. It was a painfully slow process, and the sausages turned gray and soft because the meat grinder turned the meat into slime during the stuffing. We ordered this fountain pen and to be honest I didn't expect to get something of good quality for the price we paid. I was pleasantly surprised that everything in this device is made of heavy-duty stainless steel, even stainless steel tubing. We filled 30 pounds of breakfast sausages in 45 minutes and the sausages came out great. Everything is easy to disassemble, cleaning is a breeze and it's ready to use next time. It comes in all the sizes you need for everything from chopsticks to summer sausages, it has nice smooth strong gears and the two speed system is very handy for quickly moving the piston in either direction. The horizontal style is stable, we had no trouble moving the device when rotated. We stuffed 2 people, one person turned and the other served the intestines and caught/tied the sausages. With this filler, filling sausages is fun again!
