This is a great product, it works great in my helmet!
My husband and I wasted a lot of time trying to get two devices to talk to each other. The problem is that the guide was written by a person who has minimal English skills at best. They don't make any sense at all. But on those rare occasions when, after endless keystrokes, "Can you hear me now?" we kind of made them work', they were great, much crispier than the ones we've had in the past!
