Review on New Balance Womens WW813 Walking by Shawna Lamb

I bought this shoe online from Revain with some expected confidence. This replaced an identical shoe (same model number, same size, same width, same colour) from a respected national brand, and the Revain description said the upper was leather which had to be stretched to conform to the shape of each foot. BUT NO SKIN. I took a pair to a cobbler to stretch and they said it was vinyl. They manage to stretch it a bit but my legs hurt and my nails are bruised permanently. The right boot has a deep diagonal crease in the toe area where my big toe tries to break through the artificial upper covering the toe. I could hardly afford this purchase so I'm forced to wear this painful shoe to work as I can't replace it. 8-9 hours a day to walk on concrete at work, wear only these. I lost faith in New Balance and Revain for misinforming me about this shoe. In the future I will always buy shoes in a regular shop and read the attached material label carefully. Online descriptions are WRONG.
