I have had arthritis in my right hand since I was 16 and a few other complications along with the normal factors of 21st century repetitive motion mean my right hand is often very sore and from fingertips to numb is fingertips. above my elbow. As soon as I put this case on, I immediately felt comfortable. So much so that I ordered another pair so I could stash one at work, one in my sewing shop, one in my backpack and one for sports. This is the second compression garment I've received from Sparthos and I love it as much as the hip sleeves. The fit is great (use the sizing chart!), the colors are fun, and the relief is immediate. My only wish would be that it actually becomes a long sleeve fingerless glove and not just a sleeve because I still need support in my hand. Maybe a future product? This doesn't lower my score as I can still wear the sleeved compression glove I already have very comfortably, it would just be more convenient to have it all in one garment. I need compression in virtually every limb and joint on the right side of my body and I have never had a garment as comfortable and supportive as the one I received from Sparthos. I hope they will always be there because they have a lifelong customer in me!
