Nice fabric, breathes well. I wear a 34 waist so I ordered medium. They fit snugly in the waist, but my legs are a little bigger than average size allows for, so you pull them up with a bit of effort to get everything in place. I find them short too. When I pull them up, the cuff goes almost to my knees. But when I pulled them up and put them in place, they fit pretty well. Next time I might try the larger ones and see if they fit better. It's generally fine when I'm working out, but my legs are a little tight as the fabric doesn't give them much.
