The thread does not match and the clamp may need to be modified.

Both ends of the clamp are threaded and only one end accepts the supplied hardware. Luckily I was able to search my Bin O' Spare Bolts to find something suitable. I also had to modify the part that screws onto the long screw. The bolt to be repaired was broken, this part of the yoke was too long and made contact with the sheared bolt and not with the flange as intended. If I had left it, the yoke would just clamp onto the sheared bolt (no contact with the flange to hold it). A minute later, the clamp touched the flange with a file and attached it to the manifold. I drove 1500 miles over the next week with no problems, but the clamp wasn't as "ready to use" as it was delivered. If necessary, go with a little "love".
