Not happy with this product, bad in use.

My employer gave me a box with a new computer. And I have questions for the Apple fans: 1. do you really like to press shift + 7 every time to put a period in the 2022 layout? The problem is solved - change the layout in the system to normal and re-glue a couple of buttons on the keyboard. But this is a schizophrenic solution. 2. do you really like to press shift + backspace every time to delete the characters on the right? There is no delete button. 3. Do you really like to switch between application screens with two different key combinations: Command + Tab - between different applications, Command + square_bracket - between the same applications (for example, between browser windows)? 4. If I connected anything to the computer, I would be very indignant at the lack of normal usb / ethernet / hdmi ports. Do you really like to carry around a suitcase of adapters bought for separate money? PS With all its technical characteristics, the moments when you type text faster than it is displayed on the screen are very touching. PPS If it were not for the touchbar, then it would be possible to demolish the poppy and install a normal OS, but the problem with the missing Delete button and the lack of peripheral ports will remain.

Pros
  • This is the best PC in terms of build quality.
Cons
  • Touchbar - do not understand whether you pressed the f2 button to edit the cell or not. We have to additionally check the screen. Often, accidentally touching the touchbar results in unnecessary clicks.
