Do not buy! I owned it for 5 months when my dashcam started beeping all the time! Only 2 of my 6 cameras worked! I contacted support through Facebook and they told me to make all these videos of me taking apart the dashcam to try and fix the beeping. Firstly, I'm not tech support, and secondly, this product says it's covered by a warranty! After weeks of fighting customer service, they finally said I could return my box and they would send me a new one. They don't reply until late at night due to the time difference, but that makes it almost impossible to fix anything! I received my new DVR and the beeping has stopped. But I still only have 2 cameras! I sent photos showing 4 of my cameras and saying video loss. We had an extra camera so we turned it off and pretended it worked! I asked them if they could send me new cameras if I send them back. Once again asked to play technical support! Cover the camera with your hand and when the red light comes on, your cameras are fine. It is not true! The red lights were on all the time (at night) and I'm still showing video loss! Why can't a company vouch for their products and their warranty?!?! This is very frustrating! I bought a new power cord when the beeping started, it didn't help. I had to buy more cameras because they won't send me new ones. I spent more money on this system than it's worth! Complete garbage! support is terrible! Let's not forget that their app never works for your phone either! I've spent so much time sending them photos and videos that it's not normal. Support your product or don't sell it!
