I suffer from plantar fasciitis and this pack really helps. Covers not only my heel but also the sides of my foot and ankle which also hurt. I'm a size 6 and the adjustable straps are snug so the shoes stay in place. The husband was bitten by a bug while riding a bicycle and his leg was very swollen. His shoes are a size 13 and this cape fit him as well as it did me. The bandage does not let in the cold, but protects the leg from frostbite, so an additional towel or pad is not needed. I don't even take packages. Throw everything in the freezer in one piece. Highly recommended!
