Review on 🌡️ Supco SC1002 Universal Freezer Temp Control - Replaces TJ90SC1002, AP4503077, CC-1, GC1002 by Ken Desens

Happy with the result! It was installed in the freezer where it works great! I had to run around for two months trying to get a replacement part that Whirlpool discontinued. Online prices for this part ranged from $30 to $90, but it was out of stock. This versatile refrigeration controller attaches to the back of my freezer with the included suction cups and takes minutes to wire up. I've had it for about a week and after a bit of experimenting with the settings (using a thermometer in both the fridge and freezer) I've got the balance right and it works the way I hoped it would - all for less than $30. ! From other reviews - I understand this doesn't work so well on those whose refrigeration controller is in the fridge, but it works great on mine in the freezer!
