I'm not a gamer and don't need tech support so I won't rate these areas. I started by plugging in my old LCD monitor and pairing my wireless keyboard and mouse (instantly). I then partitioned the drive and installed Linux Mint on the new partition. I then restored a backup from my 8 year old computer. I had no problems setting it up and the improvement was immediately visible. For the first few days, one of the fans would occasionally turn on with a screeching/screeching noise in accelerated mode, but I figured it just needed to be "break-in". On the 3rd day it didn't happen again and since then everything has been quiet. My old computer had 4GB of RAM and often crashed when I loaded more than 3 tabs in Firefox. With 8GB I haven't had any freezes in this regard. The only minor complaint I have is that my Anker Bluetooth speaker falls out a room closer than the old PC. In general VERY satisfied.
