My monitor arm has finally arrived! After 10 minutes of assembly I notice: - the screws break quickly despite no resistance as many of them go into weak plastic - the foot connection is unstable and wobbly and won't tighten due to the above, I'm surprised a critical connection is possible held together with soft plastic and a very small screw - the upper arm cannot be adjusted vertically and what I believe are instructions showing how to do this are so unclear that I can't tell if I'm doing it wrong or not just not like that. Work - cannot hold a 12lb monitor despite what the specs say. Today I am sending the monitor arm back. I can't believe how bad the quality is despite the many positive reviews which is the reason I made this purchase in the first place.
