The dock works great with my 2016 15" Retina Macbook Pro. The dock is solid, well designed and has all the ports I need. It maintains a comfortable feel even with all day use temperature and has rubber feet to prevent slipping. There is a power button on the left side for easy disabling of all ports. There are 3 USB-A ports, one gigabit ethernet port on the back of the Docking station (works out of the box on macOS Mojave), full-size DisplayPort connector (works fine at 4K @ 60Hz), Thunderbolt 3 connector (which I use for my Macbook charger, Macbook Pro stays on all day thanks to 85W power delivery charged) and power jack docking station. The front has a Thunderbolt 3 port (which I use to connect my laptop with the included Thunderbolt 3 cable), a 3.5mm headphone jack, SD/microSD slots and a USB port. Port (useful for temporary devices like a flash drive or Yubikey).
