One look at this spatula and it looks like the old one my dad has kept in the garage for as long as he can remember. As the description says, it has a "classic pen" and a "professional look". At first glance, that's true, except for the "tactile" part. My father's old spatula had a strong handle, but it was hollow. The metal part of the knife that has the right stiffness seems to run the full length of the knife (I can wiggle the metal blade and see it move between the rivets). For a low cost product this would be one of the best and should work well. My biggest concern is the lifespan of the hollow plastic handle. A hard plastic handle can crack and a hollow plastic handle can crack. Just take a look. It has a nice design with good ergonomics, but it doesn't feel like the old product it's copying.
