Beautiful but arrived torn!

I love it! I got it for my bearded dragons. Especially my two children. My adult hates it and hasn't tried it with kids. My biggest disappointment is that it remains a strong web, but it's torn. 😭 That's why my kids didn't go in there. I should sew it up if I can.
