OLD REVIEW: This dock works fine unless you're using it on a 2020 MacBook Pro or Air model . I thought this dock had end proxies, no! For those who don't know, the 2020 Air and Pro models have USB issues where USB 2.0 devices will randomly disconnect throughout the day when plugged into a dock or hub. Imagine you're taking a test or quiz and you suddenly *pass out*. This happens to me at least 10 times a day and sometimes more. However, use this dock if you have a 2019 MacBook Pro or earlier; There are no USB issues on these models. As for the dock itself: great packaging! The dock feels very high quality! I wish I could use this; Unfortunately I have to return this as this docking station does not solve the USB disconnect issues on the 2020 MacBook Pro. UPDATE: Edit: Apple has since fixed this issue in the latest macOS Catalina 10.15.6 update. This dock will work just fine! You have fixed the USB 2.0 device disconnect issue. Come on, buy the dock! I added another star.
