This is a nice little docking station. I teach online and need multiple USB ports (I need at least 3 USB 3 ports) and an Ethernet port. It's done a great job so far. It can be used with my external camera, iPad as a second screen, headphones and mouse. Ethernet works fine. I also like that it stands upright which helps keep your desktop clean. Highly recommended!

When I first received this product I was happy with everything but the lightning cable went in and out of my Mac too easily and caused some connection issues with some devices. The support team contacted me after I bought the product to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I told them about my problem. They quickly sent me a new cable and I haven't had any problems since. Great product but customer service makes this a great purchase.

OLD REVIEW: This dock works fine unless you're using it on a 2020 MacBook Pro or Air model . I thought this dock had end proxies, no! For those who don't know, the 2020 Air and Pro models have USB issues where USB 2.0 devices will randomly disconnect throughout the day when plugged into a dock or hub. The device itself is beautiful. He is light. The design is beautiful and compact. I like that it stands with ports on both sides. Tried a few different hubs. I like stand up design a lot more.
