Review on EROAD by David Estevez

The ease of use for all users is what I like best about this software! It's so simple to add new equipment or drivers into our system which makes it very user friendly as well!! Nothing really at first glance but there are some minor bugs here an dthere (we don't have much experience using ERoad).

We've been able fix them over time though by contacting their tech team they do get back quickly when you call in once something has happened - sometimes not immediately tho :/ They also offer training sessions if needed too help resolve any issues we may be having along th way :) Have no problems thus far only small things such us being unable tp see certain information easily due ot privacy settings etc.. Benefits include better tracking & reporting plus ability totalk directlytot he customer via live chat while working through dispatch / routeing process.
