Review on SVENSBJERG Kitchen Professional Stainless Premium Kitchen & Dining by Terry Keown

It's ridiculously boring. I was excited to use them and loved how elegant and cool they look. I took it out of the box, washed it, dried it and sliced it into mushrooms and sweet potatoes and I couldn't believe how dull the knife was. I seriously think they forgot to sharpen it? I am so disappointed and confused by all the positive reviews. When I sliced the sweet potato, it was like slicing it with a spoon. What a waste of time and money, I've spent quite a bit of time reviewing knives here. boo
